RP: A TOTAL RUSH OF EVENTS since I Last Blogged, so I Can ONLY Report a Couple of Things in Any Depth -- and THE REST . . . Shallowly:

For WIDER GRAPHICShttps://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2026/04/a-total-rush-of-events-since-i-last.html

FIRST, I'd planned to write my brother, Michael William Kenan, who refuses to believe many things about our NAZI Mother and her Meyer Family!!! I want to write him, so with it WRITTEN no one can remember it INCORRECTLY -- a FAVORITE TRICK of NAZIS, TRUMP SUPPORTERS, etc.

My Shrink at New Hanover Behavioral Health Hospital (now NOVANT -- but about 2018, so before that sale), Julia Triggs, MD, spoke at length with both my Mother and my Brother (on separate calls), and said my Mother was a "bitter, resentful old woman, nursing her ancient grudges" and that I should NEVER LISTEN TO HER. Of Mike, she said she caught him in "SEVERAL LIES", so I'd better beware of him.

All three of my siblings have been in Alcoholics Anonymous since about 1990, and STILL attend about three times per week. A.A. is one of eight accepted serious "get sober" programs -- and has the LOWEST PERCENTAGE of SUCCESS. It especially attracts "Christians" -- LOL!!!

I know that Michael Werner, a scientist who has taught and lectured at many Universities on Humanism -- and has been President of their NATIONAL organization as well as Cape Fear Humanists, developed the program to SOBER UP that is MOST SUCCESSFUL!!! So, I wanted to send Mike that info since Humanists are organized all across the country.

Michael Werner: What Can You Believe If You Don’t Believe in God?

Learn the answers to some of life’s crucial questions; What is true? How shall we live our lives? How do I find my purpose, meaning and joy in life?

Michael Werner is the author of a new highly acclaimed book, “What can you believe if you don’t believe in God”.

This book is intended to help you live your life, and to shed some light on your own values and ethics, if you don’t believe in God. More than just a primer on Humanism, but not quite a full-blown treatise on philosophy, it offers some answers to those crucial questions Socrates asked: What is true? And how shall we live our lives? Those of us who don’t believe in the supernatural sometimes struggle to understand how we can ground ourselves ethically, and how to find truth, meaning, purpose and joy. This book offers ideas about how to know, without depending on Holy Scriptures or guidance from a deity, what it means to lead a good and ethical life.

“Humanism is a value system whose time has come: a positive philosophy for the surging proportion of the world’s population who indicate ‘None’ as their religion but seek meaning, morality, and purpose in their lives. Michael Werner’s statement of Humanism is clear, effective, and graceful, just right for our times.” Steven Pinker, professor of psychology, Harvard University author, “The Better Angels of Our Nature” and “How the Mind Works.”

“Mike Werner captures the depth and breadth of Humanism in his latest work. He shows us what love, reason, imagination and science can have in common. In doing so, he demonstrates what we all have to live for, strive for, and believe in.” Roy Speckhardt, executive director, American Humanist Association

“Outstanding and a must read for everyone who takes life seriously.” Rev. William R. Murry, former president, Meadville Lombard Theological School, University of Chicago

“Michael Werner has written the quintessential book on Humanism for the 21st century. Not since Corliss Lamont’s, The Philosophy of Humanism, has a book so beautifully explained the Humanist position on non-belief with such clarity.” Rev. Suzanne Paul Founder and Executive Director, Center for Secular Humanism

Bio: Michael Werner is president of the Humanist Foundation, is past president of the American Humanist Association, adjunct faculty member of the Humanist Institute. He has taught widely at major universities. He was one of the founders of SMART Recovery a Self Management and Recovery Training recovery program for addictions. He was in the chemical business and now lives in Wilmington, NC. Michael is a past board member of Humanists and Freethinkers of Cape Fear.

And LOOK AT THIS!!! From Cape Fear Humanists' Facebook Page:

Ben’s AI Talk January 25 to Cape Fear Humanists was terrific!

Ben mentioned us in his WHQR newsletter dated Sunday January 26 “Snowday Edition.” Here’s what he said:

“I don’t know if this is a good idea… : I had another opportunity to speak with members of the Cape Fear Humanists and Freethinkers this weekend. I shared some of my experiences, good and bad, working with AI in journalism (and life). As I’ve written in this newsletter, I think AI provides some powerful tools but also some perverse incentives, and shouldn’t be left unsupervised. So, we got into all that.

"As in the past, they were a great group, who showed up on a Saturday morning with probing questions and thoughtful insights. My thanks to Page Rutledge for having me back!”

AND, I really wanted to drop Ben a NOTE because in this PAST SUNDAY'S:

Ben wrote up TENNESSEE WILLIAMS -- as if he UNDERSTOOD TOM'S WRITING!!!:

CFCC argues that this was necessary to maintain “political neutrality” in a show presented under the college’s name. Interestingly, CFCC does not have a written ‘neutrality policy,’ unlike the high-profile regulations rolled out by the UNC university system in 2024. Say what you will about UNC’s ‘equality policy,’ it is at least a written document. CFCC’s decision in this story seemed to be based on 'vibes,' as one student put it to me (other students used harsher language, but you get the idea).

There is a whole conversation to be had here about what art could possibly look like under such a nebulous quasi-policy – and whether that’s by design or just haphazard. But for now, I’ll say two things.

First, the college’s argument that “overt references to current political messaging risk narrowing [the] interpretative space and shifting focus away from the broader, more enduring themes of the work,” is certainly one kind of argument for how to present historical works, be it Euripides, Shakespeare, or Tennessee Williams.

You’ll always find originalists, and there’s merit to their stance. But they exist in conversation with other arguments about the flexibility and capaciousness of these works, from those who would recast Hamlet in the modern corporate world, Medea in a dystopian future, or reimagine the titular streetcar as a steampunk dirigible. And of course, there's also going to be a space to insert the present into the works of the past: plays like Lysistrata 1969, which swapped in Vietnam for the Peloponnesian War.

My point is not that the college doesn’t have a case to make; it does. But when you enforce your point of view by fiat, it’s not really winning on the strength of your argument.

This one has NOT yet been posted on WHQR's website -- but should be very soon, and here: https://www.whqr.org/tags/sunday-edition

In 2011, I joined the Humanists and Freethinkers of Cape Fear when Han Hills (seen above), was President.

He claimed to do a lot of internet work for the City of Wilmington, DEMANDED hand over all my passwords, etc., to my website advertising my MEMOIR, and then STOLE MY DOMAIN!!!

I was WRONG when I assumed that when the Werners took over Cape Fear Humanists that they had anything to do with Han Hills!!!:

>>> THIS LAST WEEK, I'VE MADE A LOT OF PROGRESS ON BEGINNING MY NEW BOOK!!! In the last two days, I've contacted a couple of people I knew in Key West in 1981 and 1982!!!:

Chuck Lamb -- Hey Chuck: Didn't I know you when I lived in Key West 1980 - 1982???

First, I managed Gail Brockway's TUX: Deli-Bakery-Bar next to Fast Buck Freddie's in the space that became the Flagship Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. Then I was Tennessee Williams's last assistant and had to deal with island DJ Gary Tucker and his boyfriend Schuyler "Skye" Wyatt. I was 6' 11" -- so you might remember that.

My Memoir of working for Tenn made me the authority on the last two years of Tennessee Williams's life -- according to John Lahr, who wrote a major BIO on Tenn.

Amazon Customer Comments on my book claim I captured that time PERFECTLY, and you can now read it for free -- I published it blog format. This chapter includes a wild dinner at La-Te-Da, and then a private luncheon thrown by a reporter who had come from Le Mond in Paris to interview Tennessee (complete with naked, blond Swedish Pool Boys).

Now, I'm exposing the crimes of my Kenan Family that inherited Henry Flagler's entire estate -- including control of Standard Oil -- and the railroad to KEY WEST!!! They put Trump into the Presidency, and my Political Blog is getting over 20,000 hits per day as I EXPOSE THOSE CRIMES.

Atlantic Shores Resort in Key West, Florida.

Oh my gosh, I used to drive down from the Tampa Bay area once a month to stay at Atlantic Shores. I'd always round up the flavor of the week that I was dating and put them inside my convertible and head to the shores. Great memories!
The Atlantic Shores Resort, formerly a landmark at 510 South Street in Key West, is permanently closed. Once an iconic haven for the island's counterculture, it shuttered its doors in May 2007 to make way for upscale redevelopment. The site was transformed into the Southernmost Beach Resort, a more traditional, "Conch-style" hotel complex.
For roughly 20 years, Atlantic Shores was celebrated for its open and inclusive "live-and-let-live" atmosphere. It was particularly famous for several unique local traditions:
A major draw for naturists, the pool bar was a bustling spot where locals and tourists mingled without the standard dress code.
Every Sunday, the resort hosted legendary tea dances featuring lights, music, and drag performances.
Thursday Movie Nights: A favorite among locals, these involved outdoor screenings in the parking lot complete with popcorn and prizes.
Tons of photos in comment section.

>>> I also discovered that my one TRUE and NORMAL FRIEND in Key West, Wesley Sizemore, who became an EXCELLENT electrician and later general contractor (but I could not interest romantically -- he pined for a lost boy friend), DIED a couple of years ago.

>>> TODAY, I SENT PUERTO VALLARTA INFO ON HOW I WAS HELD HOSTAGE THERE BY "FERNANDO MERINO", THE GODSON OF COLOMBIA'S TOP CIA COCAINE EXPORTER TO THE USA!!!

In 2010, I was held hostage by CIA Drug Mafia at a compound that included barracks with many heavily-armed THUGS with machine guns and armored cars. This owned by Fernando Merino (fake name) -- he was the son of the CIA's TOP COLOMBIAN COCAINE SUPPLIER who had planted the booby-trap in the Chunnel between England and France that the CIA could BLOW UP the next time they wanted to FAKE a terrorist attack -- like GW Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld had planned with the bin Laden and Saudi Royals on 9/11/2001.

They signed me to a CIA CONTRACT FOR LIFE -- that I ignored, and even today am constantly harassed by top Democrat and Republican CHRISTIAN Politicians. Because I ESCAPED, Fernando was forced to be a STRIPPER and PROSTITUTE at the now defunct Puerto Vallarta Gay Strip Bar "Wet Dreams", and after I found and confronted him THERE (I'm afraid of nothing), he then worked at Gold's Gym -- whose trainers in PV and also in Wilmington are mostly GAY WHORES!!!

The Mafia Compound was off the highway Carr A. El Colome between Mezcales & San Vicente -- across from the Coca-Cola plant. Looking at current satellite Google map, it might have been destroyed, but Estudio 31 looks like the barracks were there, and then that house a little further in was "Hector the Engineer's" ranch house (he also had built the bridge on the way to San Sebastian del Oeste).

>>> I ALMOST FORGOT THIS:

Late last fall, after I visited my for-ten-years Primary Care Physician, Dewey Bridger III, I was HUSTLED by FOUR GOONS just as I left the building -- one with a revolver, one with a taser, the other two unarmed -- the TOP SECURITY OFFICERS of that building, of NOVANT'S whole system, a Wilmington Police Officer and a New Hanover County Sheriff's Detective, and told to STOP BLOGGING about how Novant's CEO Carl S. Armato is ALSO a high official of the Presbyterian Church, with First Presbyterian Wilmington, St. Andrew's/Covenant Presby, Wilmington's CIA Leader Kevin Maurer and his deputy and News Director of WHQR Public Media Benjamin Schachtman (whose POSITION THERE was created and paid for by NOVANT!!!).

Anyway, a week later I got a letter from Dr. Bridger claiming some bull shit lies, so he FIRED ME as a Patient and promised to be certain I had a year of meds refills, but he DELIBERATELY SCREWED THEM UP -- and then REFUSED to straighten things out.

I now have a new Doctor from Wilmington Health -- an org that won't use NHRMC Novant Hospital because it is FILTHY and was nearly shut down TWICE in the last year!!! Check my Political Blog for MORE:

Of course Christian Mythology is all BULL SHIT , anyway, but BOTH Archbishop Sarah and Pope Leo GET my every Political Blog posting -- and the Archbishop of Canterbury replies to me MORE FREQUENTLY!!!

The Archbishop of Canterbury met with His Holiness Pope Leo XIV at the Apostolic Palace in Vatican City today, during her four-day pilgrimage to Rome.

Archbishop Sarah also joined the Pope at a service of Daytime Prayer in the Chapel of Urban VIII. The Pope presided at the Office, and the Pope and the Archbishop said the grace together.

In an address she made to the Pope, Archbishop Sarah said:

‘Your Holiness, I am grateful that we are able to join in prayer this morning. In the years to come, I will remain united with you in prayer: prayer for peace in our world; prayer for justice; and prayer that every person may come to discover the fullness of life that God offers.

'We are united in prayer because we pray to the Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Your Holiness, dear brother in Christ, in all this, we are sustained by hope – a hope grounded in Christ himself, who calls us forward, even when the way is not yet fully clear. May we continue to walk together in that hope, trusting that the one who has begun this good work among us will bring it to completion.’
