In the summer of 2009, absolutely IRATE, I called the OFFICE of Vikram Pandit, then CEO of Citi (as it likes to be called). Why??? Because on my TWO Citi MasterCard CREDIT cards (one logo-ed "AT&T"), I had rather large debt, but because of ...
my PERFECT credit record, habit of paying my bill -- always MORE than the minimum -- for many years, I had a rate of BOTH cards between 8 and 9 %, miraculous for a MarsterCard.
But THAT day, I had gotten notice that without reason or warning, Citi was DOUBLING my rates on BOTH cards to 17 point something percent, and that if I didn't like that, i could pay my balance in full. I didn't like that and I couldn't perform the suggested remedy. Having worked for Pentagon Publishing, Inc. (the biggest connector of illegal drugs coming in via corrupted US Military to distributors INCLUDING DISTRICT ATTORNEY BEN DAVID AND NORTH CAROLINA STATE SENATOR THOM GOOLSBY (both in Wilmington, NC -- and while it was FIRST Robbie Trahan but also Evan Fish, the latter FORCED to jump to his death off the parking deck in Wilmington, NC on Sept. 3, 2011 or thereabouts and COVERED up by Wilmington Police and New Hanover County Sheriff's Deputies who even ACKNOWLEDGED that they had NOT tried to stop all the DRUG TRASH gathered in the streets below from chanting repeatedly "JUMP!!! JUMP!!! JUMP!!!" until although the negotiator eventually talked Evan back from the edge after HOURS of this, and had become COMPLETELY CONFIDENT (she told me all this PERSONALLY), that "it was over" and Evan was NOT going to jump -- until she radioed that and Police a floor below released Evan's FAKE girlfriend (whom he HATED for her greed and drug addictions -- and in front of me had PUNKED Eleanor "Ellie" Schwaner out of a couple of hundred dollars just days before), and Ellie ran up to Evan, whispered something in his ear. Evan IMMEDIATELY yelled "THERE"S NO WAY OUT" -- and jumped to his death.
You see, previously, Evan had been the TOP cocaine distributor in the State of Maine, buying TWO Maseratis CASH in one year and Ellie HATED that Evan had moved to Wilmington, hoping to LEAVE HIS DRUG DEALING PAST BEHIND. In FACT, Evan and i had become BEST OF FRIENDS, but platonic -- since Evan was straight as an arrow -- and he was to be my MARKETING partner in a Historic Walking Tour of Wilmington I had even SCRIPTED and begun making arrangements with the owner of The Black Cat novelty shop at the base of Market Street (who ran several successful walking tours), to partner in promotions.
And not only did Law Enforcement MURDER Evan partly because they KNEW he (as well as Robbie Trahan) had TOTALLY CONFIRMED that Patrick Stansbury's employee at www.pentagon-usa.com (where I had WORKED for 18 years until Patrick FIRED ME WITHOUT CAUSE because i knew too much about his drug dealing with Republicans -- AND EVEN WITNESSED HIM AND GA REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMAN JOHN LINDER PASSING FAT ENVELOPES FILLED WITH CASH BACK AND FORTH), Lee Gosney -- working ostensibly as both an OFFICIAL Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous ADDICTION COUNCILOR and lecturing around the country -- but REALLY connecting the drugs coming in on Air Force planes to distribution rings -- AND MOST OF THE DRUG TRASH IN WILMINGTON, NC KNEW LEE GOSNEY, even though he lived north of Atlanta, GA!!!
Additionally, the WILMINGTON STAR NEWS, then owned by the New York Times Company (which at the time had been LEVERAGED by Carlos Salim (called "Slim"), the wealthiest man in the world -- an Arab-Mexican who owns nearly ALL electronic media in Mexico), COVERED THE WHOLE THING UP by not only REFUSING to publish Evan name in their report of the death which they called a suicide, but ERASING my online comments GIVING Evan's name a few days later. Mr. CIA Kevin Maurer who wrote NO EASY DAY, the current WORLD'S BEST-SELLING BOOK on the killing of Osama Bin Laden, and who had been interviewing me by phone until right before that book was released, can put all THAT in his damn pipe and SMOKE IT!!! !!! !!!

Getting back to the original story, while i could NOT get to Mr. Pandit PERSONALLY on the phone that day, i DID reach a woman who claimed to be his top assistant (Patrick Stansbury always taught us to ONLY speak to CEOs of companies when selling them ad space in military and other publications -- that's why I got off on Patrick: I HAD LEARNED FROM HIM WELL!!!).
This woman got INCREDIBLY SNOOTY with me and claimed they did NOT have to have any reason to do ANYTHING THEY WANTED TO with my accounts -- and ADMITTED I had been a PERFECT CUSTOMER. She told me to read the "damn" bylaws, conditions (fine print) or whatever and it was "clear as a bell" there -- before she hung up on me.
Several weeks later, i got a letter from Citi stating that since i cared enough to communicate with them -- WHILE EMPHASIZING THEY HAD NO NEED TO DO SO LEGALLY -- as a "COURTESY" they were reducing the interest percent on BOTH my accounts by 1.5%.
I paid those bills for several months -- and then in disgust, stopped and they eventually ATE my ENTIRE INDEBTEDNESS TO THEM.
I DON'T think this had a THING to do with my relatives controlling Bank of America. It had to do with Citi's connection to the CIA/Republican Party/Fox News/Ruth Anne (Meyer) Kenan of Raleigh, NC (my own mother and the TOP Nazi in the US, connecting Dick Cheney to the Pope-in-Rome)'s OWNERSHIP of NARCO-TRAFFICKING!!!

Manifest Destiny had serious consequences for Native Americans, since continental expansion implicitly meant the occupation and annexation of Native American land, sometimes to expand slavery. The United States continued the European practice of recognizing only limited land rights of indigenous peoples.
In a policy formulated largely by Henry Knox, Secretary of War in the Washington Administration, the U.S. government sought to expand into the west through the nominally legal (by United States law) purchase of Native American land in treaties.
Indians were encouraged to sell their vast tribal lands and become "civilized", which meant (among other things) for Native American men to abandon hunting and become farmers, and for their society to reorganize around the family unit rather than the clan or tribe.
The United States therefore acquired lands by treaty from Indian nations, usually under circumstances which suggest a lack of voluntary and knowing consent by the native signers, and in many cases a lack of authority by the signers to make any such transaction.
Advocates of civilization programs believed that the process of settling native tribes would greatly reduce the amount of land needed by the Native Americans, making more land available for homesteading by white Americans.
Thomas Jefferson believed that while American Indians were the intellectual equals of whites,[47] they had to live like the whites or inevitably be pushed aside by them.[48] Jefferson's belief, rooted in Enlightenment thinking, that whites and Native Americans would merge to create a single nation did not last his lifetime, and he began to believe that the natives should emigrate across the Mississippi River and maintain a separate society, an idea made possible by the Louisiana Purchase of 1803.[48]
In the age of Manifest Destiny, this idea, which came to be known as "Indian Removal", gained ground. Although some humanitarian advocates of removal believed that American Indians would be better off moving away from whites, an increasing number of Americans regarded the natives as nothing more than savages who stood in the way of American expansion.
As historian Reginald Horsman argued in his influential study Race and Manifest Destiny, racial rhetoric increased during the era of Manifest Destiny. Americans increasingly believed that Native Americans would fade away as the United States expanded. As an example, this idea was reflected in the work of one of America's first great historians, Francis Parkman, whose landmark book The Conspiracy of Pontiac was published in 1851. Parkman wrote that Indians were "destined to melt and vanish before the advancing waves of Anglo-American power, which now rolled westward unchecked and unopposed".[49]
