2. This morning, I sent a request to "Able" Mable Thomas, Leader of Democrats in the Georgia State Legislature, to sign a petition. Ms. Thomas sat on the Advisory Board of the KENAN INSTITUTE FOR ETHICS until recently, so I thanked her for her service as well as let her know that I revealed the name of Tom Houck www.tomhouck.com MANY times on this blog as the man who gave J. Edgar Hoover the info to assassinate Martin Luther King, Jr. -- as well as giving Mr. Houck MANY opportunities in our in-person and email communications the opportunity to DENY this FACT, but he did NOT deny it!!!
Mr. Houck is now a FAKE Democratic Party adviser in Atlanta with a radio show, and I got my info about him from him and others at a political party he invited me to in March of 2010, at HIGHLAND TAP (Virginia and Highland Avenues in Atlanta -- the EXACT SPACE which in the 1980s was TEXAS DRILLING COMPANY, a gay leather and western bar where Gary Tucker -- one of several people bribed by a HIGH-RANKING Tennessee State Legislator to perjure themselves to say Mr. Williams was INCOMPETENT when he signed the codicil to his will that Jackie Kennedy Onassis first suggested at a party I attended with TW on January 11, 1982, in the apartment of Jean Stein in Manhattan -- George Plimpton was the other host. Mr. Tom Houck is such a TRAITOROUS NAZI CRIMINAL that he even had the phone number of my RECENTLY FIRED shrink- nurse, Alexandra Whiddon http://www.pactatl.com/PACT_ATLANTA_LLC/PACT_ATLANTA_LLC___Psychiatry_and_Therapy_and_Counseling___AW.html , on his phone and called her after getting annoyed with me. At PACT, Atlanta, I did NOT meet the LYING Dr. Antin for the first several years -- PATENTLY UNPROFESSIONAL BY INDUSTRY STANDARDS as well as PATENTLY ILLEGAL BY GEORGIA LAW!!!
In any case, I CONDEMN both Dr. Todd Antin and Alexandra Whiddon for working with Republican/NAZIs to suppress my telling the truth!!! I have NO COMMENT on how they might have served or mis-served the others of their clients, since I am NOT privy to that info.

Yesterday, I had a DOUBLE CONFRONTATION with Psychologist David Shaw of Hawaii, a HUGE Facebook "online therapist" who no longer has a REAL practice: https://www.facebook.com/scott.kenan#!/david.shaw.10420 . David got very ANGRY with me for stating FACTS when his other client in a Facebook thread insisted his FEELINGS that Obama is a GOOD PRESIDENT and NOT gay like all the evidence in worldwide press has reported. David Shaw DELETED my comment only saying that FACTS do not depend on anyone's agreement -- i thought that was an EMINENTLY SANE thing to claim -- but NOT Mr. PSYCHOLOGY!!!

Later, yesterday, Mr. David Shaw and I AGAIN came to loggerheads when I mentioned the FACT that in Wilmington, NC TODAY, street people claim that AA is where you buy drugs and NA is where you find sex (albeit from "crack whores" who remain only as long as you buy them crack), and that in 1990, at the BIGGEST Alcoholics Anonymous group in Metro-Atlanta (I can find no Internet reference to it now, but there were about 18 scheduled meetings around the 24-hour clock -- most during the day requiring breaking into 6 - 8 sub-meetings in private room of up to twenty people each. this facility was in an area of Tucker, GA on the Stone Mountain side in an "Industrial Zone". the club's facility was in a HUGE rented space in a building otherwise occupied by warehousing and wholesale offices of companies NOT having showrooms that would bring many people in).
Other facts about my one-year AA experience, recommended by my father to EXPAND the time I was allowed OUT OF MY HOUSE during the year I was on EXPANDED PROBATION (house arrest with 24-hour home invasions by cops who breath-alyzed me and searched the house at will for alcohol, drugs, etc. -- they usually arrived between 1 and 2 AM). I got that from Judge Linda Warren Hunter of Dekalb then District Court AFTER she had ALREADY held me in Dekalb County Jail for a totall of 15 weeks on a FALSE CHARGE of simple trespass filed by Lawrence Buchthal of Mama Mia's Pasta & Pizza, Stone Mountain, which I had managed for over two years.
I was ARRESTED two days after I had asked Mr. Buchthal for the severance check he had promised me -- but failed to mail. There was NO CONFRONTATION of raise voice or physical threat, and in fact, one of Mr. Buchthal's best friends had invited me to have lunch at his table, but feeling that something was wrong, I left and returned home TO AVOID any confrontation!!!
At my eventual trial, which Judge Hunter held in a COMPLETELY EMPTY ROOM without court reporter or anyone else but herself and Mr. Buchthal, she REFUSED to allow me to testify in my own defense and gave me this HORRIFIC VERDICT and sentence -- which INCLUDED that I must take Lithium (a drug that is illegal in most countries, except in dire emergencies), and SUBMIT to weekly blood test to prove I took enough of it to keep me controlled -- OR SPEND A FULL YEAR IN JAIL!!!
In January of 2012, THE ENTIRE LIST OF PROCEEDINGS from this event in 1990, were WIPED OFF Dekalb County's online Court Database, leaving ONLY my filing Writ of Habeus Corpus against then Sheriff Jarvis as was appropriate for those jailed unconstitutionally. I STILL POSSESS ALL THE PAPERWORK FOR WHEN THESE PEOPLE, especially judge Linda Warren Hunter, who NOW sits as a SUPERIOR Court Judge, are tried for these crimes in FEDERAL COURT (if anything has not been rendered moot by Statue or Limitations).
For the record, when I un-friended David Shaw yesterday (and he was online "counselling" for several hours after that), I sent him a Facebook message telling him that I was doing so, but NOT blocking him. David does a lot of good work, and I wanted to observe it from time to time to see his GOOD WORKS -- I just didn't need to have him MANY Facebook threads showing up on my Home Page and tempting me to argue with him or his often ridiculous followers -- THAT wasn't advancing ANYONE's honest goals!!!
First thing this morning, I checked and I was STILL friended, but about an hour ago, David BLOCKED me, which FORCES me to believe he is a CONSCIOUS supporter of the CIA/REPUBLICAN PARTY/EPISCOPAL CHURCH/NAZI narco-trafficking led by the PERFECT TROJAN HORSE REPUBLICAN, Barack Obama.
Pity. It won't be ME who goes to jail eventually, now, will it???
6. Yesterday, using Lena/Alena and her husband from next door (live with his parents who are the Harbor Master of Chacala and a HIGH-HUMORED English-speaking woman who teaches English and does translations), I let the landlady here's son know of my proposal that I INCREASE the rent to MORE than the "hot season" rate including 500 extra for a/c -- and pay it year-round and it will include ALL utilities, the offer that the Villa Family use my totally private-with-locking-door HOT shower (since the family quarters only have a "horse trough" of cold well water to bath with), and that they use some of my plants to make the guest house look more inviting.
That went over VERY WELL, but was only with one of the sons. Later, I ran it all by the nephew Pancho, and he thought it was too much rent I was offering, but I can afford it and they could use the income. I like the place well enough to make it all easier -- and also made clear (seemingly for the 100th time) that I want to remain here for about a year, something the landlady has acknowledged MANY times, but which seems to have been IGNORED when she gets into a FOUL MOOD.
I recently observed that Hotel Aramara, directly across the street, is ALWAYS full -- including in high OFF-season -- with rarely a vacancy and never one for more than a day or two. Reason for this??? Hotel Aramara (with kitchens in some units, so meant for housekeeping and often getting guests for up to a month), LOOKS LIKE A HOTEL: it has its NAME and BUSINESS prominent in front for all to see, and some attractive plantings as well.
Here, they STILL are not using the covered, wheeled trash can for the garbage, STILL not moved their ugly uninviting sign to where anyone can SEE it, and STILL have not planted ANY of my plants in the yard, although they told me WHICH ones they like best and even WHERE they would plant them MORE THAN SIX WEEKS AGO!!!
The proprietor is now OFF PREMISES all day, daily, although her candy store still is NEVER open when I check, thinking that must be where she is, so MYSTERY STILL SURROUNDS VILLA LOCO UPSTAIRS!!!
In fairness, I must also say that nephew Pancho cleaned up the yard considerably (it's now a clean dirt-only lot with three yard-dogs and the remaining 8 of 12 pups born to two of the yard dogs -- all born in the last two months, and MIZ's no-legal-MARRIAGE-but-let's-put-a-plaque-over-our-front-door-declaring-our-DEVOUT Catholicism (even though they have not attended Mass once since I moved here).
Also, her husband dug a ditch, yesterday, across the yard so the washing machine's discharge no longer is simply dumped all over the dirt/dust immediately in front of the "Catholic Door". He DID get his boat launched a month or so ago (with my help in getting the hitch attached to someone else's pick-up truck), but I have no idea if he ever fishes or not -- the waters here having been OVER-FISHED by Japanese FACTORY SHIPS so that while there is enough for SPORT FISHING, one can NO LONGER make a living as this man did MOST of his life!!!
7. This will all resolve amicably, I'm sure.
