FIRST thing this morning, I spoke with my mother, the sort-of-retired TOP ROMAN CATHOLIC NAZI, Ruth Anne (Meyer) Kenan of Raleigh, and Mom said it was SO COLD THERE she nearly had to turn on the HEAT!!!


And Mom LOVED that my Landlady, Gold (Worthington) Walker, had AGAIN, yesterday, told me I am her BEST and MOST-LOVED TENANT (I responded that she is MY best and most loved landlord -- but I only have ONE of those, so what does THAT MEAN??? -- TOTALLY CRACKING GOLD UP).


What I reported is that AGAIN, a water line had burst near the base of Hard-Drug-Trafficking Robert "Rob" James McKinney, Jr.'s steps to his back porch and by the Sweet Gum tree -- just like the LAST TIME -- about half a year ago.


The good news is that she quickly got the same plumber out who found it, shut off my and one of the other apartments' water -- and cussed out Gold for NOT taking that tree out that will KEEP DOING THIS as it's mammoth roots grow super-quickly -- then he subbed out the job of repair to Roto-Rooter, who had two hot young men complete it -- except for putting the dirt back on top of the pipes.


Because the break did NOT fill the basement and overflow it and run all the way down the property -- like when Rob's water broke, and since he never even flushed his CLOGGED FOR MONTHS TOILET nor drew tap water, Rob had NO IDEA there was a problem, and his Drug-Trafficking father, "Bob" McKinney, Sr., of JET MULCH, had to pay over $450.00 for all of that water -- there was only a three-foot-diameter of standing water that never grew nor flowed anywhere, so WITH LUCK, the lost water was NOT enough to raise water bills but a smidge!!!


Mom got a HUGE kick out of that, and said Gold IS LUCKY to have me here -- since Jack and Kat who live above "Rob" are in the business of Hard-Drug Trafficking with him -- which Rob AGAIN confirmed the last time I saw him, about five days ago. 


John "Gray" Hunter, who has the lease on the apartment above me, is rarely here -- he living in the TALLEST HOUSE on Topsail Island, mostly (Gray inherited TONS OF MONEY), and Gray always said he KNEW THAT and that Gold Walker is TOTALLY BEING SCAMMED by her son and his Republican, Lawyer girlfriend Layne McNeill Smith:

I won't get into all that happened downtown today, but I was treated like a RETURNING HERO by many at the Hannah Block Art Festival on and near Orange Street -- as well as at the every Saturday Food and Art Market now on Dock Street -- that when it was on Water Street in 2011, I met Frank Sinatra's FAVE NIECE, Patricia Sinatra, who told me how she sold the wealthy Kenans control of their Bank of America -- and now HATES THE KENANS for turning it NAZI!!!

"The Sacklers owned and were largely directing Purdue Pharma in the late 1990s when the company allegedly began aggressively and deceptively selling its highly addictive opioid painkiller, OxyContin. Purdue, which has twice pled guilty for wrongdoing in marketing OxyContin, is widely seen as sparking the nationwide epidemic of opioid addiction and overdoses. The opioid crisis has killed nearly 500,000 people in the US in the past two decades.


The Sacklers, who are currently worth about $11 billion, have estimated that they earned more than $10 billion from opioid sales, according to NPR. They will get to keep most of their billions in the settlement and shield it from future opioid-related legal challenges.


The deal:


The $4.5 billion settlement brings to a close thousands of lawsuits brought by states, local governments, tribes, individuals, and hospitals. Under the agreement, Purdue Pharma, which had declared bankruptcy, will be dissolved, and the Sacklers will never again be allowed to manufacture opioids. In an initial announcement of the agreement on July 8, New York Attorney General Letitia James explained that the Sackler family will hand over control of family foundations, valued at no less than $175 million, to a public trust dedicated to abating the opioid crisis. They will also provide $4.325 billion to fund "prevention, treatment, and recovery programs in communities across the country."


However, that $4.325 billion will be doled out over nine years. In that time frame, the Sacklers' wealth will rise from about $11 billion to an estimated $14.6 billion, according to an analysis commissioned by state attorneys general.


The agreement also grants the Sacklers—who have not filed for bankruptcy—"releases" from liability for harm caused by OxyContin and other opioids. The immunity extends to the Sacklers' other companies and trusts and to hundreds of associates.


Though many states strongly objected to granting immunity, the Sacklers demanded these protections and threatened to walk away from the rest of the $4.5 billion settlement if they weren't included."

I returned an hour later and ran into the THREE HOT MEN as they approached me on Front Street.


I said, "Steven, THANK YOU for telling me all about Gov. Cooper and Deborah Ross running TONS OF DRUGS with my Republican Kenan Family of Chapel Hill!!! I NOW work with NC Atty. Gen. Josh Stein, the Justice Department, CIA, FBI, and NSA to put Cooper and Ross into PRISON."


His friends gave me HUGE THUMBS-UP -- and Steven said, "You're WELCOME!!!"
