THEN, Mayor Saffo and Chief Evangelous, SWAPPED Evan's first and middle names and CHANGED the name of his former girlfriend Eleanor "Ellie" Schwaner to "Ellie Schroder" -- to make it all but IMPOSSIBLE to find their Police Report FULL OF LIES!!!
