FIRST thing yesterday, my mother gave me a HARD TIME -- after I admitted having been WRONG on something: "WHAT???" she said, "YOU are wrong??? I thought you knew EVERYTHING!!!"

We had some good laughs about that, and then I drove downtown, arriving about noon, before the day got too hot. After 3.5 hours, I drove home, and then seeing THIS online, I watched The Birdcage for the first time in YEARS!!!

EVERY TIME I watch this film -- maybe 15 times over all of these years -- I find MORE EVIDENCE that it is one of the BEST WRITTEN movies -- and I find NEW DETAILS of BRILLIANCE I'd not noticed before. I decided that last night's FUNNIEST is that Christine Baranski's character's secretary is reading "Nietzsche" magazine with this image of his head showing.

Also, long-term Readers should remember that Jamie Lee Sutherland, an Exec then of Wells Fargo Advisors, was WAITING FOR ME TO ARRIVE at Hotel Mercurio -- a clothing-optional Gay resort in Puerto Vallarta -- in January 2010 -- and Jamie QUICKLY interested me in his house in Mismaloya, that he had put on the market.

Well, Jamie claimed that Kathy Griffin had a luxury condo in the building to one side of his, which I LOVED -- and later, after everything had fallen apart, a HUGE building was built on the other side -- TOTALLY BLOCKING Jamie's views of the Pacific Ocean and Mismaloya, below. 


This FORCED Jamie to eventually sell it for only $500,000.00 USD -- HA!!!


>>> ADDED LATER: I just discovered that Casa Vista Los Arcos is back on the market, now -- for only $395,000.00!!! It's worth over a Million, but that next-door property that blocked most of its views has destroyed its market value.
