BECAUSE my email of last night of MUCH MORE than I'd previously reported to Josh Stein via Secured Server was BLOCKED -- also to 38 others including my own copy -- by the CIA or Vladimir Putin's people -- I will send THIS INFO to him via Secured Server, shortly, as well:
https://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2020/10/holy-hell-hole-cape-fear-collectives.html
And this was the Letter Josh responded to:
https://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2020/10/more-information-for-bill-cameron-and.html
I will FIRST send this to THOSE MOST AFFECTED by this -- and publish to whom I sent that -- before mass-emailing it to my List of 150 Political Contacts, as recently noted here:

>>> WITHIN 25 MINUTES THIS WAS BLOCKED TO 38 RECIPIENTS -- IN TWO BATCHES -- THE SAME THAT WERE BLOCKED FROM EVERY EMAIL FROM ME THE LAST TWO DAYS AS NOTED HERE:

>>> A Message from the Attorney General's Office
Attorney General's Office ncago@ncdoj.gov
To scottdkenan@aol.com
October 29, 2020
Mr. Scott Kenan
205 S. 4th Street Apt. 3
Wilmington, NC 28401-4574
(Interesting that he has my WRONG street address -- I moved to Spofford Circle nearly three years ago -- and I CLEARLY didn't write about this way back then -- HA!!! Good thing he EMAILED it to me.)
Dear Mr. Kenan:
Thank you for taking the time to contact my office to share your perspective regarding the proposed sale of New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) to Novant Health and the value that NHRMC brings to your community.
Hearing from members of the community is valuable as my office reviews this proposed transaction. As Attorney General, I am committed to protecting health care for North Carolinians across our state, and my office will review this transaction to ensure compliance with the standards set by North Carolina law.
When we begin our review, Novant Health will need to ensure that the conditions established in state law are met in the transaction. These include guaranteeing that health care services are protected, charity care continues to be provided, no one is denied essential medical care because of an inability to pay, Medicare and Medicaid patients are protected from discrimination, the new buyer provides an annual report to show how it is complying with the sale requirements, and that no individual is denied care or discriminated against based on their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin.
My office is also reviewing this transaction to ensure it complies with antitrust laws, and we will review any proposed changes to the New Hanover Regional Medical Center Foundation.
Please continue to share concerns about the transaction and ideas for improvements with our office. Those ideas will be sent to the attorneys working on the review.
Again, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns with me. I appreciate your message, and please feel free to reach out again to share your thoughts in the future. Hearing from people across the state helps me to better do my job as North Carolina's Attorney General.
Sincerely,
Josh Stein
Attorney General of North Carolina
JS/NA
