1. John Gray Hunter in apartment 3, has not been seen in four days -- but someone has been running around in his apartment that is directly above mine -- ALL THAT TIME.
2. Allie Ryan who has the lease on apartment 2, has had LOTS of friends over during that time, and I suspect they have access to Gray's apartment for DRUG ACTIVITIES (they sell at least Marijuana baked into goodies).
Allie's BOYFRIEND, Rex, who remains very friendly, is now so SHAGGY of head-hair and beard, he looks about like:

3. Robert James McKinney in apartment 1, today showed me he had THREE GRAMS OF POT that smelled GREAT, and he was selling for only $20.00 -- a GREAT DEAL. So if you know Rob -- see him SOON before he SELLS OUT!!!
Rob has had NO WATER (or trash/recyclables pick-up), for over half a year (a Lease Violation), his apartment smells like a GARBAGE DUMP (and is nearly that trashy -- you have to kick trash around to walk in it; kitchen counters are covered in trash and garbage).
Landlady Gold Walker might not know that -- but her Property Manager Tom Purdy sure does -- he walked into Rob's apartment two months ago and came out nearly CHOKING from the smell -- but did NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!
