Well, Rex Tillerson has begun to OPEN UP!!!
And it FEELS like a favor to me (actually, I can only hope my Letter has influenced this lifelong employee of Exxon-Mobil and therefore my Kenan Family), because I sent this Letter to him and then Attorney General Jeff Sessions, in October 2017:
Readers all know that I met by chance a recently-retired Exxon-Mobil Exec with his buddy in the Carl's Jr. (Hardee's) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in January 2015, and HE told me that the whole political arm of Exxon-Mobil with Rex Tillerson and certain members of my Kenan Family had worked with the Hillary Clinton State Department and CIA to put into power President Enrique Pena Nieto (who left power just the first of this month) -- and then they SPLIT the Hard Drug Trafficking with the Episcopal Church USA as well.
Also the NEXT month, the top Drug Trafficker in the State of Nayarit, Arturo Pedilla of Chac Mool Cafe in Chacala (where I had lived from fall of 2012 - early 2013), told me in a cafe in Puerto Vallarta that he HAD TO KILL ME!!!

Arturo was partnered with the Governor of Nayarit State, MANY Episcopal Church Hard-Drug Traffickers -- mostly from Oregon (one of whom tried to beat me up after paying me to be silent with a HUGE gift of marijuana did not work), and Theodore Druch of my Puerto Vallarta Writers Group, who was supplied -- along with his former lover Dr. Timothy Leary and Jerry Garcia of The Grateful Dead -- with the BEST LSD from the lab of Sa'ant Samuel Celia, Jr., who in 2015 - 2017 lived in the apartment downstairs from me at 205 South 4th Street in Wilmington, North Carolina -- and during that time ran a SMALLER LSD Lab.

Jenny told me she got her orders from her Mormon Church via her mother, and her brother, who was a TOP DEPUTY on Sheriff Ed McMahon's Force here in New Hanover County, who was ALSO high in the CIA -- and it was HE who Jennifer got to get Google to KILL my several Gmail accounts:

What is FUNNY about this, is that Joseph Crawford Faulk, Jr., of 14 W. 95th Street, Apt. 5, NYC -- my former and generous benefactor -- got unneeded shots of Testosterone every three weeks so that he (now in his eighties), could BEAT OFF to Gay Porn while sniffing POPPERS -- and told me he LOVED beating off to this photo of my brother and nephews -- LOL!!!
