NO ONE has seen them there in WEEKS, but one person had seen Sal on the street. I told them what I did to Sal in front of about 25 mostly-English-speaking people in the large Farmacia Guadalajara in Old Town (blessed him out as a CIA NARCO-TRAFFICKER and left him BLUBBERING!!!).

I aksed/asked him WHY he called me a few days ago and did NOT then send a text since I did not answer. He claimed he just wanted to say Hello. I opined that the two of us -- although I CERTAINLY appreciate that he and Tania Castro, his common-law wife, had taken me in when I was homeless in 2010 -- can NEVER AGAIN associate, and that although I really DID collect samples of his fingerprints and DNA and he DID show me his US Prison ID with a FAKE NAME that I have recorded as well, I do NOT intend to turn him in for the OTHER capital Crimes he committed in the USA that he was NEVER CHARGED WITH (but are associated with his fingerprints).
He specifically mentioned to me that he had been a "Dis-membership Specialist" for the Sun Kings Gang that he claims STILL actually rules New York City -- cutting up and disposing of bodies from all over NYC, and ALL before he turned 18. He's also told me he was stationed in South Florida and several other Key Areas in the USA doing Drug Mafia work. So it is EASY TO SEE why the CIA got him out of a TWENTY-FIVE YEAR SENTENCE in MAXIMUM SECURITY PRISON where he was often in ISOLATION due to his VIOLENT NATURE after only ELEVEN YEARS!!!
And then they got him to Puerto Vallarta to kill or chop up bodies to PROTECT the CIA/NSA DRUG MAFIA here!!!
We agreed to STAY OUT OF EACH OTHER's HAIR and that I would NOT press US Authorities to PROSECUTE him for his other CAPITAL CRIMES -- if I get NO MORE HARASSMENT myself.
